DOMESTIC SHIPPING METHODS

 Please allow 1-2 business day processing.

We ship anywhere in the US but please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.

Standard (UPS Ground) 3-4 business days: FREE when purchases over $100

Once your order has left the warehouse, you will receive a notification and tracking via email and/or text. Orders received before 12pm PST usually leave our warehouse the same day. Arrival times may vary depending on your location and delivery service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS

We are able to ship anywhere! Please note that we do not offer free shipping to orders outside of the US.

Delays in Transit

It is rare that a package be delayed in transit and we are very sorry if this has happened to your order. If you do see a delay of 5 or more days with no movement, please reach out to aylaathletica@gmail.com

 

Returns

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at aylaathletica@gmail.com. Please note that orders are not granted a free return label. Once the request for a return is accepted, we will provide you with a shipping label. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted when refunding your order. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items marked “Final Sale” are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
